THE ENDOSCOPIC EXTRACTION OF LARGE HERNIA (SEQUESTERED) WITH EASYGO METHOD

The extraxtion of intevertebral disc large hernia has long been possible to perform with endoscopic method.

We can assure once more, that intervertebral disc hernia of any big size, which is sequestered, can be extracted with endoscopic method. It is done with a special type of EasyGo endoscope.

EasyGo method allows to extract sequestered hernias and to avoid from the open surgery and other postoperative unpleasant complications.

The whole myth that it is better to extract the hernia with the open surgery than with the endoscopic one is  an outdated ideology and does not correspond to the reality, since modern endovideotechnology allows to extract the more efficiently and safer than open surgery. The type of surgery recommended by us has a number of advantages:

  1. Patient’s treatment duration is 1 day
  2. The integrity of the back muscles is not broken during the surgery, unlike the open surgery, in case of which the muscles are broken down being the result of postoperative pain,
  3. Since the surgery is done with minimal invasive method the possibility of the postoperative reherniation and complications are much lower than in case of open surgery.

Below you can see the preoparetive and postoperative photos of MRI investigation of a patient operated on with this method
